QALBI at Aangan 5.0 - a time to remember
In December 2024, Qalbi was part of a 3-day exhibition in Hyderabad hosted by the talented influencer @theuntamedlenss. From noon to midnight each day, the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement, creativity, and heartfelt connections.
I poured all my love into setting up my stall in an artsy way — not just to display clothes, but to create a space that reflected the soul of Qalbi. And then came the moment I’ll never forget: my first customer. My heart leapt, I wanted to jump with joy — and before I knew it, the stall was full, and by the end of Day 1, 50% of my collection was sold out. Online orders also started pouring in because sizes were running out — it was surreal.
✨ Unforgettable Moments:
•A customer who thought the prices were a little high but loved the fit so much she bought it anyway — and returned the next day wearing her outfit proudly to buy another piece.
•Another woman who bought an outfit for herself on Day 1, and later came back because she loved it so much she wanted the same design in smaller sizes for her two beautiful daughters. Seeing a mother and daughters all wanting to wear Qalbi was so heartwarming.
•Two best friends who both wanted the last M size of the same outfit — they argued playfully before deciding to toss for it! One won, while her bestie immediately placed an online order to get the same piece.
•Customers shopping for daughters and sisters abroad, making Qalbi a part of their heartfelt gifts. One woman even asked me to pack the same outfit I was wearing for her daughter in the UK.
•Beautiful handwritten feedback notes from customers who loved the collection.
•On the last day, Zainab (@theuntamedlenss) visited my stall for her YouTube vlog after it was voted one of the most requested. She even purchased a Qalbi piece she loved — a moment that truly humbled me.
The most precious part of all was having my parents by my side throughout the exhibition. Watching them handle customers and cheer me on was a memory I’ll carry forever.
By the evening of Day 3, Qalbi was completely sold out. I had to close early because there was no stock left. Alhamdulillah, it was beyond anything I could have imagined — a success filled with love, support, and the reminder that every piece of Qalbi really is from my heart to yours.
